Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations within the 24 hours will be charged a last minute cancellation fee of 50% to the card on file. Same day cancellations or rescheduling may subject to 100% cancellation fee. All no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and may be banned from future booking. There will be a 15 minute grace period to arrive for your appointment after that your appointment will be cancelled and charged 75% of the service.
